Ich habe seit längerem mal wieder in mein Tuta-Postfach geschaut und testweise eine meiner Domains eingebunden. Klappt soweit.
Nun wollte ich testweise alle Mails exportieren, der Vorgang bricht allerdings immer bei knapp 1900 exportierten Mails ab. Ich hab es knapp ein Dutzend mal probiert.
Gibt es eine Obergrenze für den Export oder könnte es eine bestimmte Mail sein, die den Fehler auslöst? Wenn letzteres, wie finde ich diese?

Nun startet der Export auf zwei Linux-Maschinen nicht mehr, auch unter Windows 11 hängt er bei 0.

Für Hinweise zu im Alltag brauchbaren Alternativen bin ich immer offen.
@leckse Korrekt, aber für alle anderen Aspekte braucht eins leider inzwischen die App. Stört mich auch, aber noch nicht so weit, dass ich dafür meinen günstigen und sehr zuverlässigen Tarif ändern würde.
@hunderteins Wetell kommt für mich (leider) nicht in Frage, da zumindest bei mir in der Gegend das Vodafone-Netz nicht optimal läuft. Voller Empfang, aber schwacher Datendurchsatz. Ansonsten ist Wetell absolut interessant.
Ich habe in den letzten Jahren alle Netze ausprobiert, an Telekom führt für mich kein Weg vorbei.
Als Backup für das heimische Kabel habe ich mir gerade einen unlimitierten O2 geklickt, aber selbst den würde ich nicht unterwegs nutzen wollen.

For my blog's media storage, I put files in a Syncthing directory that syncs up to my web server. For local development, I need /media to show the contents of this directory.
With Pelican, I had a docker-compose.yml that ran nginx and proxied /media/ requests to the live server.
With 11ty, I'm trying a shell script that backgrounds 11ty `--serve`, and a Caddy server to proxy 11ty and serve media from the filesystem, then issues `wait`. Seems like a really nice, less finicky setup.
My blog taxonomy is such a mess. I guess "tags" are kinda special in 11ty, should I rename my existing tags to "topics" or something and use tags like 11ty intends? (e.g. for determining what is a "post")
Right now I have Categories (very broad, max 1 per post) and Tags (granular, many per post). I kinda like having both, even if my use of them has been inconsistent.

Probably lots of the 543 posts are malformed!
The blog migration took 59 commits over two days.
854 files changed, 15735 insertions(+), 13307 deletions(-)
(This is after a cheeky git-filter-repo and cheekier force push to remove the _site output directory from git history)
I love that Eleventy is flexible enough that you can make a conf file out of your metadata :) There are some really thoughtful design decisions in this software

Today is a very important day to me. I came to realization of my sexuality and gender in May 2017. I came out of the closet in that June. But at the time I went by they/them pronouns and an agender identity so I wasn't sure if I would change my name. I had a friend who was curious if I would. I worked full-time/overtime in Culinary and was processing a divorce so to get her off my back I told her.
"Yeah, sure write me a list and I will tell you what I think"
I did not expect her to succeed. She sat down with pictures and a nonbinary friend and they came up with a list. On it was my name. When I read it I blacked out for a moment. I tried deadnaming myself afterwards and it caused great discomfort. I went to therapy and work the next day and changed my name to "Taylor".
October 11th is more important than when I came out because changing my name gave me space and permission to dwell on my personality seperate from who I used to be. I learned I was shamed out of feminity so I avoided it. I came out again a few months later as a trans woman. Had my first boyfriend a few months after that.
I've had friends start to tell me they love me more now than they ever did before. That I have become a more enjoyable person and that was not just because I let these people feel my blossoming trans titties, but because I had changed. Changed into a playful but brave woman that they really enjoyed. The core parts of me stayed but a lot of me shone through with a radiance my best friends of 20 years admired and loved.
A name is very important to us within the community. It gives us permission to be what we hid, and a place to leave all that closeted garbage behind. When my parents finally came around they told me that Taylor Lilian was a beautiful name and one they could have seen themselves naming me if they had known.
Today is a day of personal celebration because, as much as knowing my sexuality isn't straight and my gender isn't cis-oriented is important, it is not nearly as important as who I am and what I stand for. It's why it's so important to respect a trans person's name because I am absolutely not that sad, fedora-loving, depressed, dysphoric, piece of shit. I am Taylor and you can take that from my cold dead queer hands.

@domi in fact i'm probably going to do it this way: provide *source-only* targets for the tianocore-based setups - because i don't want to provide regression testing for tianocore, tianocore sucks.
provide binaries with seabios/u-boot/grub payloads, like on existing libreboot machines.
a grub-based payload setup offers a lot of security benefits compared to edk2 in my opinion, for example the luks support in grub. and this is also more lightweight than linuxboot - linuxboot is also planned.
