This subliminal image is briefly flashed on screen at 1:28 during the music video for “Last Nite” by The Strokes.
What is it?
It’s the climactic scene from the 1983 film War games.
In this scene, the supercomputer WOPR (War Operation Plan Response), which the protagonist calls Joshua, is running simulations of Tic-Tac-Toe against itself.
The computer has been triggered to initiate a real-world nuclear strike, believing it is still playing a game called "Global Thermonuclear War." The protagonist, David Lightman (played by Matthew Broderick), realizes he can't stop the countdown by hacking it. Instead, he forces the computer to play Tic-Tac-Toe.
Because Tic-Tac-Toe always ends in a draw when played perfectly, the computer eventually "learns" the concept of futility. It then applies this logic to all its nuclear war scenarios, cycling through thousands of "Global Thermonuclear War" simulations on the screens you see in the background, only to realize that every single outcome results in Mutually Assured Destruction.
This leads to the movie's most famous line of dialogue:
"A strange game. The only winning move is not to play. How about a nice game of chess?"
Why is this image here? Perhaps it ties into The Strokes broader themes of futility. That is, the idea that "the only winning move is not to play."
But this is just conjecture.
Nevertheless, take a look at this for yourselves:

Pam Bondi is a nasty person whos face looks like it's melting. Shes a gross life form of a human.
In Florida she would help the Russian mob. It was a no brainer for Trump to put her in that position.
